In litigation, he has a recognized practice in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations in accordance with the rules of the ICC, AMC-BCCC, FGV (Getulio Vargas Foundation), CAM-FIEP (Arbitration & Mediation Chamber – State of Parana Industry Federation), among other institutions. Likewise, he practices law in a tenacious and continuous fashion before state and federal courts, as well as higher courts, in Brasilia.
