1,000 MW-supply (with an additional option of 1,000 MW) to Eletrosul (then, Gerasul), with the right/duty to implement and operate a corresponding transmission line between Brazil and Argentina. Our Law Firm gave legal advice to Inepar, then a shareholder of CIEN, during the bidding phase (including the pre-bidding phase, establishing the association of interests between shareholders, and respective agreement), and subsequently assisted the Client in its shareholding sale.
