The project consisted of the joint operation of an iron ore mine in the State of Mato Grosso, ALL’s railway network that connects the mine to the Port of Santos and a private port terminal.

Our law firm assisted the parties in preparing the joint venture agreements, including rail transport agreements and investment agreements for the modernization of the rail system, and we also provided consultancy in relation to regulatory issues in the rail and port sectors.
