Competitive bidding process called by ANEEL (National Electric Energy Agency) for the implementation and operation of the 324km long Tucuruí – Vila do Conde 500kv transmission line. Our Law Firm provided legal assistance in the bidding phase (including the pre-bidding phase, establishing the association of interests between the parties, and the respective agreement; besides, we also assisted in preparing the proposal), and such assistance comprehended a fierce administrative and court litigation which resulted in the annulment of the procedure.
